FBA Lab at bubblnet.com is operated by AIEdx Private Limited (bubblspace.com) ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use FBA Lab (the "Service"). It aligns with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

In short: FBA Lab is free and needs no login or account. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal data — the only data we process is aggregated, anonymized website analytics.

1. Who is responsible

Data fiduciary (controller): AIEdx Private Limited, operating as bubblspace.com. Contact: `contact@bubblspace.com` Grievance officer: the same address, marked *"DPDP grievance"* in the subject line.

2. What we collect

FBA Lab is free to read and watch with no account and no login. We do not ask you to sign in, and we do not collect your name, email, or any identifying information when you browse the Service.

The only time you share personal data with us directly is if you choose to email us at `contact@bubblspace.com` — in which case we only see what you put in that message.

3. Why we use it

We use aggregated, anonymized analytics only to understand which pages are useful and improve the Service. We do not use it for advertising or to identify you personally.

Each third party has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data. We do not run targeted advertising on FBA Lab.

5. Cross-border transfer

Some third parties (Google, Cloudflare) may process data outside India. We will update this policy if Government of India restrictions affect these services.

6. How long we keep data

We do not hold user accounts or session records — there is no login.

7. Your rights under DPDP

If we hold personal data about you (for example, from an email you sent us), you have the right to:

• Access — ask what we hold about you.
• Correct / Update — ask us to fix or refresh it.
• Erase — ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.
• Withdraw consent — for processing based on your consent.
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint about how we handle your data.

To exercise any of these, email `contact@bubblspace.com`. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children and under-18 learners

The Service is recommended for learners aged 16 and above. If you are under 18, we recommend participating with a parent or guardian's awareness. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Security

We use HTTPS site-wide and Cloudflare infrastructure, and limit access to any data we hold. We will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board promptly if a personal data breach occurs as required under the DPDP Act.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change.
