These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of FBA Lab at bubblnet.com and any related lessons, videos, and materials (the "Service"). The Service is operated by AIEdx Private Limited (bubblspace.com) ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. FBA Lab is free

FBA Lab is completely free. Every lesson, video, and deep dive is free to read and watch — there is no login, no payment, and no account required. The Service is provided for learning and experimentation. For anything in a regulated domain (legal, financial, medical, etc.), confirm with a qualified professional before acting on it.

2. No guarantees

We do not promise any specific outcome from your use of the Service:

• No job, internship, placement, income, or career outcome is guaranteed.
• No certificate, degree, or accreditation is issued unless we explicitly say so.
• Content, lessons, and links may change or be removed at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Do not use it to build scams, malware, harassment, or anything illegal, and do not misuse the code, models, datasets, or tools you learn about here. You are responsible for the legality of how you use what you learn.

4. Our content

Lessons, diagrams, and other material we publish are made available for your personal, non-commercial learning. Unless we say otherwise, please don't repackage, resell, or republish our material as your own.

The Service may link to third-party platforms (for example GitHub or Hugging Face). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not ours.

Because FBA Lab is offered free of charge, to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from your use of the Service.
